Max Woods
Founder of the ALARM Framework
Max is passionate about supporting teachers and students to become cognisant of the learning process. He is the Founder of ALARM and an expert educator who has trained over 4000 teachers across NSW in the use of ALARM. With a career spanning over 40+ years, Max has taught in a wide range of high school contexts from Los Angeles to Broken Hill to the Northern Beaches - he has experienced it all and is now sharing his framework with the world!
Frank Pikardt
Director at ALARM Education | Principal Coach and Mentor
Frank is passionate about providing every student with the same learning opportunities. With a career spanning over 40+ years, he's held the position of a classroom teacher, head teacher, deputy principal and 21 years as principal. At both of his schools as principal, he led the transformation of educational standards that ultimately led to both schools being recognised among the top-performing comprehensive schools in NSW. Frank is now driven to support other school leaders in successfully implementing ALARM and witness the growth he experienced as a principal.
